Disability Reclaimed

Because You Were Meant for More Than Survival.

A space for disabled people ready to move beyond survival mode. Here, we reclaim identity, pleasure, autonomy, and possibility — on our own terms.

This Work Is Personal.

Hi, I’m Delphine (she/her).

I’m a disabled coach, advocate, educator, and storyteller — and a wheelchair user. My work grows from lived experience navigating systems that have consistently treated disabled bodies as problems to be managed.

Disability justice shapes everything I do. It informs how I understand power, access, care, and interdependence — as lived realities, not abstract theory.

Pleasure is central to my work. Not as indulgence, but as reclamation. As agency. As aliveness in bodies that have so often been controlled or dismissed. Through trauma-informed coaching, I support people in building more honest, self-directed relationships with themselves.
